We watched the 2010 Chinese New Year Parade from the Wells Fargo reserved bleacher seats on Kearny between Bush and Pine. Notable events included seeing mayor Gavin Newsome and of course, the grand finale dragon with all the firecrackers. Music is "Bugle Call Rag" by Roy Eldridge and his Central Plaza Dixielanders.

We had a great stay at the Ice Lakes Lodge in Soda Springs, CA. A little downhill skiing at Sugar Bowl and a little cross-country at Royal Gorge. The lodge was cozy, with good food and nice people. It's right on a little lake with a gorgeous view.
