United Airlines and Continental Airlines, two of the world’s premier airlines, have agreed to a merger of equals to create the world’s leading airline, featuring the world’s most comprehensive network.  To announce the deal, they created a special merger website: http://www.unitedcontinentalmerger.com

The site includes news, merger benefits, route and community maps, and information for key stakeholders like investors, customers and employees.

Great use of CEO video by British Airways to manage cabin crew strike issue.

BA CEO Willie Walsh does a nice job communicating the company's position and service status related to their cabin crew strike issue. He comes across as honest, straightforward, and really shows caring for the customers and other BA employees who want to work.
