Salesforce Social Media Command Center Grand Opening

Salesforce held a grand opening event for its new Social Media Command Center at its headquarters in San Francisco. I was fortunate enough to attend the event.

The room itself was about 12′ x 12′ and included four large monitors on the far wall. There was a V-shaped table with four desktop monitors on each side (8 total) and chairs and keyboards for four people.

Because of the event, I didn’t get a chance to see the command center in operation with Salesforce community managers at the helm. I know they were listening because all of my tweets got prompt, happy responses.

Thanks Salesforce for a fun evening!
